ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A beautiful original 100% handmade portrait of a Sadhu from the extraordinary city of Varanasi - one of the most chaotic, colourful and famous places in India. It is a special painting that consists of bold colours with a splash of brightness here and there. The portrait is made up of many layers of acrylic paint and has been partially reworked with thicker structures to bring more reality to the painting. A frame has been painted around the painting, which creates an artistic effect. The whole evokes the atmosphere of the magical, colourful city of Varanasi. Finally, the painting is signed and varnished.
